ST. LUCIA

St. Lucia is a fairly remote island in the West Indies that is most famous for the Piton Mountains which are twin volcanic formations that are lush and tower over the island. The real beauty here is that much of the island is untouched and remains in its natural state of beauty. There are a handful of properties that offer some amazing views of the island, but the one to stay at is the Sugar Beach Viceroy. A stunning, secluded property on the island, there really is no reason to leave the resort unless by boat to go visit the neighboring waters or towns. Nestled between the mountains, the deep blue lagoon-like colors of the waters here are so clear and beautiful, it’s a great place for snorkeling or a refreshing swim. The pool here is beautiful as it’s perfectly situated with the gorgeous Piton views in the background and offer breathtaking views while you sunbathe or go for dip in the pool.
